This project explores a visual identity for Hotel du Couvent, a restored 17th-century convent transformed into a luxury hotel in Nice, France.
The branding draws inspiration from the site’s religious heritage, craftsmanship, and sense of calm, translating historical elegance into a contemporary hospitality experience. Through custom typography, ornamental details, and a warm, restrained color palette, the identity balances heritage and modernity, emphasizing slowness, ritual, and quiet luxury in contrast to the typical Riviera glamour.
The system is applied across digital interfaces and physical touchpoints, creating a cohesive, timeless brand language that reflects the hotel’s serene and contemplative atmosphere.
